New Students

Please read the following carefully.
CLICK HERE to complete the Student Waiver prior to your first class.
The Student Waiver MUST be complete in order for you or your student to participate in class. Please note that you should receive a receipt for the completed waiver. If you did not receive a receipt this means that we did not receive your completed document.

If you are joining our Bend Parks & Rec class:
Fill out your waiver prior to the start of class. Students without a completed waiver will not be able to participate.
Wear comfortable clothes to every class. We do not issue uniforms to students in these classes.
Bring water!
If you are enrolling directly into one of our classes (for middle school age students and Teen/Adult students only):
Fill out your waiver prior to the start of class. Students without a completed waiver will not be able to participate.
Pick up your uniform, helmet (middle school only), bag gloves (Teen/Adult only), curriculum notebook, and patches any open day prior to the start of class or 15 minutes before the start of your class. Uniform shorts may be worn May - September and can be purchased on the Square Store.
